Curz Mobile Apps Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") develops BlowFan, an interactive virtual fan simulator application. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how our application operates.
BlowFan does not require account creation, does not collect personal contact details, and does not build advertising profiles based on personal information.
2. Microphone Permission (Zero Audio Recording Guarantee)
🔒 Strict Microphone Privacy Guarantee: BlowFan uses your device's microphone exclusively for real-time breath detection to calculate rotational fan speed. No audio is ever recorded, stored on disk, analyzed for speech, transcribed, or transmitted to any server.
When you grant the optional microphone permission (RECORD_AUDIO), the application accesses an audio amplitude stream strictly on-device:
- Real-time Amplitude Only: The app measures raw volume decibels to adjust aerodynamic fan speed and RPM indicators instantaneously.
- Volatile Memory Only: Audio amplitude buffers are discarded instantly from RAM after calculation. No sound recordings or temporary audio files ever exist on the device.
- Alternative Manual Mode: If you decline microphone access, you can enjoy the app fully using manual swipe and on-screen tap controls.
3. Information We Collect & How It Is Used
BlowFan is engineered with privacy by design:
- Local Storage (AsyncStorage): Your unlocked fan skins, sound preferences, haptic vibration settings, and top RPM records are stored locally on your device. We never transmit this data externally.
- Anonymous Diagnostics: Crash logs and non-identifiable system diagnostics provided automatically through the Google Play Store to help us identify and resolve crashes.
- Non-Personalized Ads: In free ad-supported releases, contextual, non-personalized advertising is delivered via Google AdMob adhering to Google Play policies.
4. Advertising Partners & Third Parties
BlowFan integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob):
- Google Mobile Ads SDK complies with Google Families Policy and privacy standards.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
BlowFan is suitable for users of all ages, including families and children:
- We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
- The app contains no chat functionality, public profiles, or location sharing.

6. Data Retention & User Control
Since all fan customization preferences and settings are stored locally on your hardware, you retain complete sovereignty over your data. You can erase all data at any moment by clearing the application's storage in your Android settings or by uninstalling the application.
