1 Overview & Commitment to Farmer Privacy

Curz Mobile Apps Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") builds high-reliability, offline-first mobile applications. Aqua360 is an intelligent aquaculture operating system engineered specifically for shrimp, prawn, and fish farmers. It empowers aquaculture professionals to monitor daily pond water quality, compute predictive feeding rates and FCR, calculate seed stocking densities, access coastal mandi market rates, receive hyper-local weather alerts, and network with verified buyers and hatcheries.

We believe your proprietary farm data belongs exclusively to you. Aqua360 is built around a privacy-by-design, local-first architecture: your daily test logs, pond biomass metrics, feeding schedules, and harvest projections remain safely stored on your physical mobile device. We do not sell, monetize, or harvest your pond metrics.

3 On-Device Pond Storage & Offline Reliability

Aquaculture ponds are frequently situated in remote coastal mudflats, estuaries, and saline zones where cellular internet connectivity can be intermittent or completely unavailable. For this reason, Aqua360 is engineered as an offline-first system:

• All pond measurements, feeding calculations, survival estimates, and historical charts are saved directly into your device's private sandboxed SQLite / AsyncStorage database.
• Your proprietary farm yields, input costs, and pond logs are never transmitted to a centralized tracking cloud without your explicit consent.
• You can record feeding trays, measure dissolved oxygen at 4:00 AM, and log salinity tests with zero network reception. When you reconnect to Wi-Fi or cellular data, the app only fetches updated market rates and tidal advisories.

4 Device Permissions Explained

Aqua360 requests only the minimum Android and iOS system permissions strictly necessary to deliver aquaculture tooling:

• Location (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION / ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) — Optional: Used exclusively to identify your nearest coastal mandi trading hub (e.g., Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal) and fetch hyper-local marine weather, rain radars, and high/low tide timing. We do not track your background location or build location profiles.
• Camera & Photos / Media Storage — Optional: Required only if you choose to attach photos of your pond water color, test kit results, shrimp specimen check-trays, or equipment to a Trade Classified listing or support inquiry.
• Internet Access & Network State — Required: Used to refresh live daily prawn market prices, regional disease alerts, weather data, and ad delivery.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) — Optional: Used for optional user-scheduled reminders (e.g., check-tray timing 2 hours post-feed, night-time dissolved oxygen aeration alerts, or drastic mandi price drops/rises).

You can adjust, enable, or revoke these permissions at any time via your device's Settings > Apps > Aqua360 > Permissions.

5 Mandi Market Rates & Weather Telemetry

Aqua360 aggregates daily commercial prawn prices (by count: 30c, 40c, 50c, 60c, 80c, 100c) across major coastal landing and processing centers:

• Price feeds are retrieved via secure HTTPS requests. Your device sends only an anonymous query containing the requested count and regional mandi code. No identifying farmer information is attached.
• Weather and tidal predictions are cached locally for up to 12 hours so you can reference high/low tide windows for canal water intake even when walking pond bunds without network coverage.

6 Farmer Trade Classifieds Marketplace

Aqua360 includes an optional marketplace for coastal aquaculture professionals to trade certified SPF seeds, feed inventory, pond aerators, paddlewheels, generators, chemicals, and commercial harvest catches:

• Voluntary Public Disclosures: Information you submit in a classified listing (such as your phone number, WhatsApp contact, district, and photos) becomes publicly visible to other verified farmers and buyers using the marketplace.
• No Intermediary Commission / Data Mining: Aqua360 connects farmers directly with local counterparties. We do not intermediate financial transactions, collect banking credentials, or take commission on trades.
• Listing Removal: You can delete or mark your listing as "Sold" at any time through the app or by emailing our desk at info@curzmobileappssolustions.com.

7 Third-Party Services & Google AdMob

Aqua360 is supported through occasional non-intrusive advertisements to keep core aquaculture calculators and daily mandi pricing free for coastal farmers. We partner with vetted, industry-standard service providers:

• Google AdMob & Google Play Services: Serves contextual banner and interstitial ads. AdMob may utilize standard mobile advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / IDFA) and coarse IP-derived location to deliver regionally relevant agricultural inputs (e.g., certified feed brands, aerator suppliers).

You can opt out of personalized ad targeting at any time on Android via Settings > Google > Ads > Delete Advertising ID or Reset Advertising ID.

8 Data Retention, Backup & Deletion

Because your daily pond metrics, water logs, and feeding records reside in your physical phone's sandboxed local database:

• Instant Complete Deletion: You can purge all pond records, feeding charts, and cached mandi history instantly by opening your phone's Settings > Apps > Aqua360 > Storage > Clear Data / Clear Storage, or simply by uninstalling the application.
• Exporting Data: Aqua360 provides optional CSV/PDF export of your water parameter tables so you can print them for local aquaculture department audits, MPEDA compliance, or personal record-keeping.
• Server Data Erasure: If you have posted classified listings or contacted our support desk, you may request permanent erasure of your contact logs at any time by emailing info@curzmobileappssolustions.com. We fulfill verified requests within 48 hours.

9 Data Security Safeguards

Curz Mobile Apps Solutions applies enterprise-grade security protocols to protect all operational software:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS): All communications between Aqua360 and remote price/weather endpoints use modern end-to-end encrypted tunnels.
• App Sandboxing: Aqua360 runs within an isolated operating system sandbox, preventing rogue third-party apps on your device from inspecting your farm logs or parameter readings.
• No Data Brokering: We never sell, rent, or lease farmer phone numbers, crop sizes, or pond statistics to commercial data brokers.

10 Children's Privacy

Aqua360 is a specialized commercial agri-tech and aquaculture management platform intended strictly for professional farmers, pond technicians, hatchery operators, and trade merchants. It is not designed for or targeted at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you become aware that a child has submitted personal details through a classified listing, please notify us immediately for prompt deletion.

11 Legal Compliance & Farmer Rights

We comply with international and regional privacy laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP India), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA):

• Right to Know & Access: You have the right to request a summary of any personal data we hold associated with your email or phone number.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: You can demand correction of inaccurate trade listings or complete erasure of your marketplace profile.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We do not restrict access to core aquaculture calculators or mandi pricing based on whether you exercise your privacy rights.
